Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but because many of our products are produced in small batches or made to order, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return eligibility varies by item.
- Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Limited edition items
- Made-to-order or custom items
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated in its product description at the time of purchase.
Requesting a Return
- Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests must include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos, if the issue involves damage or defects
Approval of returns is at our sole discretion.
Condition of Returned Items
- Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.
- Items should be returned in original packaging when possible.
- Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition may be refused.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability.
- If an exchange is approved but the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
